While I knew something of the Hobe Lane house, I had not visited the house for approximately 40 years. David reviewed the property carefully and gave me professional, helpful advice about handling the sale. He also referred me to cleaning and sales professionals for clearing and cleaning the property and selling the personal property of the owner. The sale proceeded without event and quickly. Having felt that many real estate agents don't live up to their compensation, I did not feel this way about Dave and his willingness and ability to manage the entire sale process, including post-inspection negotiations with the buyer's agent. I would hire again and would recommend to those looking for an above-average agent.
