I hope we never have to move again, but if we do, we will sure be calling Chad again! After our first phone conversation and meeting, I could tell Chad knew exactly what we were looking for. We saw a handful of houses and when we found "the one"...we all knew, including Chad. He worked promptly and was very responsive during the entire process. If there ever was a little snag, Chad took care of it right away. He worked seamlessly with our lender. Not to mention his outstanding knowledge and background in construction as well as his knowledge and expertise of the market.

Craig Johnson as a realtor is like picking Connor McDavid first overall in your fantasy draft, it’s just the right choice no matter which way you look at it. He comprehends how the market works and what it may look like in the future like no one else. He’s a great guy and won’t shy away from telling the truth verse what you want to hear.

Nate was very easy and comfortable to work with. He made the process seem effortless. Our closing was a little tricky but he remained calm, cool and collected throughout the whole process. I feel extremely comfortable recommending Nate to anyone because he knows the market, gives honest feedback without being intimidating or condescending. Thanks Nate! We love our home!
