I was selling my condo and the closing was extended 3 times because of issues with the buyers lender. This was very stressful for me as I was depending on this sale to move out of Minneapolis and I had quit my job in anticipation of moving when the first date of closing was scheduled. Bryan went above and beyond to alleviate my stress and worries. He kept on the lender and made sure they were keeping on track to get the closing done and made sure all the documents were being completed. He always kept me informed of how the progress was going.
