My husband and I became snowbirds about 3 years ago. We loved our house in Linden Hills, but decided that we really didn't need all the space and maintenance if we were only living there for half the year. While we were away last winter, I got a call from Chris. We chatted only for a few minutes (I was on the golf course), but I could tell that Chris was someone that loved his job and his clients. He followed up with an email and then we connected to have a longer conversation about his approach to selling our home. It was different from other agents. More streamlined, less complicated. We signed our contract with him last April and went on the market. We had an offer right away.... but, as happens with real estate, the "buyer" was not as serious as it appeared. Chris helped us navigate through that. Then, we had other offers that were not quite the right ones for us... Chris helped navigate through those as well. He was always there for the showings; always followed up with us; provided us with excellent advice and recommendations. And, got us through the finish line when we had the perfect offer come our way. His knowledge of the markets; about our neighborhood (and the cities in general), his humor, his empathy and his "sales sense" are beyond compare. We'd hire him again in a heartbeat.
