In the last year (From March 2015 to March 2016) Matt helped us with three transactions. First he helped us locate and purchase a townhouse for our son. Second he helped us purchase a condo. Third he helped us list and sell our house. Below I can only list one so I am listing the listing and sale of our house. He was so helpful, patient, and he LISTENED. With the sale of our house, he helped us locate the people we needed to prepare it for listing. He has character and integrity. I highly recommend him.
