Me and my wife met Anonthy through a trusted mutual friend who had used Anonthy to find their home. We did end up in a situation with multiple offers (which isnt uncommon in today's market) and his expertiece was invaluable when dealing with that type of situation which ultimately lead to me and my wife getting our dream home.
