When I started out my house buying journey, I was nervous, confused, and extremely anxious about what the future would hold. Being a first time homebuyer, I didn’t have any idea what the process of buying a home looked like nor did I know what I needed in an agent. Then I met Pam: from day one she was very excited to help me on my home buying journey and gave me key insight on the process, tools to look at homes that fit my buying requirements, and encouragement to get boots on the ground and go and look at homes. When I found the one I was keen on buying, she spared no time to get in contact with the listing agent and get my bid into the seller. We were constantly communicating along the way, with her giving me help and advice on what questions to ask and what information to have ready to keep the buying process moving smoothly. There was never a moment during the experience where I had any doubt about Pam looking out for my best interest. Whether it’s your first home or your 5th, Pam is the agent to get the job done and do it with a smile on her face!

Tim’s wife again! But this time on the sell side. This was my first experience selling a home and Tim made the process so easy. He brought in a stager to help us show our home off in its best light, arranged a photographer who took beautiful pictures of the inside and outside of our home in both daylight and twilight. He recommend a pre inspection that enabled us to make some fixes on the front end. The best part!? Our home sold in 8 days, well below the average time on market, for asking price!!

I’m going to preface this review by sharing that I am Tim’s wife. For years now I have watched him go out of his way to make the buying process seamless for his clients. I always joked that I wanted to hire him so I could have the Tim Comes experience and let me tell you it was worth the wait until we bought our first house together… Tim did not disappoint! I bought my first house 9 years ago and met my realtor once at the time of showing. Tim jokes I was the easiest pay check of that realtor’s life. Now the second time around, armed with very a hands on realtor, I realize what a disservice the realtor from my previous experience did me… it was like I was buying a house for the first time again. Tim made sure I understood everything about the home buying process. He walked through the purchase agreement section by section with me and was very knowledgeable in answering my questions. Tim was there for the inspection, blue tape walk through, and of course with me at the closing table (I can confirm he goes to every client’s closing!). His communication is top notch - he sent voice memos to quickly and throughly respond to the random questions that came up about the purchase and checked in constantly, never making me feel like I was alone in the process. I can’t recommend Tim enough - he’s the most caring and compassionate relator out there!

Tim was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the process and area we were looking to move into. He responded quickly to our questions and communicated well throughout the process. Geralyn provided some great guidance in staging our home and preparing for the sale of our home. They took our desires for what we were looking for in a new home to heart and helped us find the perfect home.
