We listed our home with Deena and Todd, in May 2025. We met with several realtors and determined that they offered similar services for a reduced commission rate. Todd and Deena had a great team that assisted with this process as well. They had an awesome photographer and the title company was great to work with too. It was pretty seamless. I would recommend this team as we saved a bundle working with them. As a former realtor myself, I knew what we would need to do to get the home in selling condition. (Declutter, updating, home staging etc, so I didn't need help with that.) However, they offered suggestions with this tif needed.

Andy, is a man of integrity. He is honest, doesn't BS you and truly listens to the needs of his clients. Andy is and will always be our Realitor, as my whole family is in aww and trust him. There are snakes out there but Andy puts your mind at ease, straight shooter and looks out for his clients. Hands down he is a man of integrity, humility, and passionate about his job and clients. He looks out for them.
