Susan and Mark Freeburg did a great job selling our house for myself and my sisters. With the special circumstance that I live in Arizona and the property was in Minnesota they knew exactly how to handle it. They communicated to me via e mail the listing, showings,reviews, price reduction, and that there was offers. After going over the offers with my sister in Minnesota they suggested which would be best. My sister called me to explain what had transpired during that meet. I agreed however that offer fell thru gladly we had a second choice. The closing process began which we could do remotely through Susan and Mark and the Title Company.
