Diana should head up training Real Estate agents across the country as her conduct, knowledge and person ability are next to none; she shines far brighter than any other. <br/><br/>When my partner and I couldn't agree on what exactly we were looking for, she mediated (above and beyond her job description) our "disagreements", heard what each of us were looking for and put together lists of homes that did meet both of our desires in our future home. <br/><br/>When communicating with her whether it was via phone, email, or text, we was never left wondering as Diana always responded in a timely fashion no matter the time of day. <br/><br/>She was beyond knowledgeable about all aspects of buying a home. She provided us with accurate information from property taxes (in different cities), poor workmanship in "newly remodeled" homes, the language of mortgage, and always knew what our next move was to be. <br/><br/>She negotiated FOR us and we purchased within our price point, guided us through the purchase agreement, inspection, appraisal and re-inspection. When papers needed to be signed she would come to our home, she even hand delivered packing materials to my home!<br/><br/>When the going got tough with "finance complications", she remained so positive and encouraging.
