Communication was very good. It helped to have Denny as my neighbor so we were able to talk almost on a daily basis. They were not afraid to try different strategies to try to sell our house. An example of this was trying different days and hours and even moving the sign. Market knowledge was off the charts. Negotiation skills were great and as I said before very professional.

We had a great experience working with Andrea. She is experienced, knowledgeable and fun to work with. Moving from out of state she was able to help us find just the right location. We decided to go with a new build and her design expertise was so helpful when it came to making our selections for the house. We love our beautiful new home!

Barb sold our deceased daughter's house. We live in Florida and the house is in Minnesota. Barb went above and beyond my expectations. She arranged all of the repairs, cleaning, inspections, Etc.
