Tom was very respectful and responded quickly to all our questions.

We've bought and sold about a dozen homes over the years, and Tom Clusiau ranks among the top three agents we've ever worked with. From our first contact, Tom went right to work. Before sending listings, he asked what we actually needed in a home, so his searches were targeted rather than a flood of random listings. He knows the Fargo market well and offered useful suggestions along the way. We were having difficulty finding a property in our price range that wasn't sold before we got to see it. Tom kept us abreast constantly of what had sold and we should scratch off, as well as what was new to the market and we should see right away. He was on top of it! Since we were relocating, his local knowledge was especially valuable. He pointed out things specific to Fargo that we wouldn't have known to consider, which helped us narrow our search. He even picked my husband up from the airport so they could go straight to showings. Communication was excellent. We always knew where things stood without having to chase him down for updates. He also connected us with a great lender, and our closing went through without a single glitch. If you're buying in Fargo, especially from out of town, we'd recommend Tom without hesitation - as your go-to guy for helping you find the right one at the right price.

Extremely knowledgeable and helped with the stress of home buying.
