We've bought and sold about a dozen homes over the years, and Tom Clusiau ranks among the top three agents we've ever worked with. From our first contact, Tom went right to work. Before sending listings, he asked what we actually needed in a home, so his searches were targeted rather than a flood of random listings. He knows the Fargo market well and offered useful suggestions along the way. We were having difficulty finding a property in our price range that wasn't sold before we got to see it.
