She not only helped us negotiate a fair price for our home, she was extremely helpful in getting the process afterwards in having various tests done on the home as we are out of state buyers. She handled everything for us and made the process very easy. She is both very knowledgeable about the values and history of properties in the area as well as the the house we purchased.
