She was patient, professional and always kept me up to date and in the loop of changes, or possibly buyers of my townhome. She was advocate for finding out every detail in my new purchased home, looking out for my best interests. My transition from selling to buying went so smooth , and Crystal made sure every detail was worked out . She could tell what exactly I was looking for and what felt good to me to buy .
