Her patience explaining all of the nuances of an "as is" sale and the computer communications assistance getting at the forms for all of us--especially those living a ways away from Crosslake--was especially helpful. We were able to get the cabin on the market within two weeks and received a full price cash offer within hours to a qualified buyer the first day. There might have been some "luck" involved but with Crystal's involvement we are quite sure there still would have been a successful sale. I would highly recommend her services.
