She was patient, professional and always kept me up to date and in the loop of changes, or possibly buyers of my townhome. She was advocate for finding out every detail in my new purchased home, looking out for my best interests. We contacted her, at first, so that she could keep us informed of pending sales of lakehomes/land on Ossawinnamakee. We were not quite ready to purchase, but she communicated well for our needs and was always at the ready to set up impromptu showings. When getting with her we had a list of homes to look at, as we were from out of state and on a short time line. She was very prompt at showing us places that would go VA. And marked off the places that would not. After going back home a place came on the market that was over 2 hours away from her normal area. She took the time to drive to it and do a live video for us. She helped in every step for needed in closing. Could not have asked for a better agent.
