Kim is an awesome real estate agent. She is very devoted in taking care of all of our needs. Her attention to detail was phenomenal. Her knowledge of the market and real estate in general was outstanding. She goes the extra mile working nights & weekends. Not just a normal 9-5 job. Any questions or concerns were answered in a timely manner. Communication on keeping us posted concerning our sale was terrific. She definitely went the extra mile. Stephanie works so hard but is always reachable. She spent a great deal of time helping me to sell my house. The market now is somehat slow, but she managed to pull this off. The sale price was fair for me and for the buyer, so I believe we are both happy. Stephanie is great!
