Chris was excellent at listening to our needs answering any questions and getting back to us quickly .

Tim was very helpful when it came to looking for our first home. Anything we wanted to look at, he was more than willing to show us and got a showing set up promptly. When it came to the negotiation process, Tim truly represented us. After a week of negotiation, the sellers went back to the original price; Tim sent the purchase agreement with our last offer in anyways and they accepted it. A hail storm came through shortly after the purchase agreement was signed. He made sure all the repairs got done before closing. A week before closing, the appraisal came in $1,200 lower than the purchase price. Tim (along with our loan officer) really put the pressure on the seller and got them to lower the price by $1,200. Saved us a house payment and then some! Tim truly worked in our favor. We couldn't be happier. We love our new home! We appreciate everything Tim has done for us and definitely would hire him again in the future.

Pam helped us locate and purchase a lake home. Her expertise in the area, cabin life and recreational property were essential to our satisfaction with our purchase. Our search with Pam included visits to numerous properties and her ability to hone in on the important aspects of our vision resulted in a property we are very happy to own. I would highly recommend Pam as her knowledge and hard work will be essential to your success!

Lara was like home shopping with your best friend. I felt like I could tell her exactly what I wanted and how a house made me feel and she totally understood and knew exactly what I meant and was looking for. She made the home-buying process a breeze and was upfront and honest about every part of the process. I would 100% recommend her to everyone! She’s wonderful!

By far the best realtor I have ever encountered. Honest, knowledgeable and a great negotiator. He went above and beyond when showing us houses. He also ensured we received top dollar for the sale of our home.
