Tim was very helpful when it came to looking for our first home. Anything we wanted to look at, he was more than willing to show us and got a showing set up promptly. When it came to the negotiation process, Tim truly represented us. After a week of negotiation, the sellers went back to the original price; Tim sent the purchase agreement with our last offer in anyways and they accepted it. A hail storm came through shortly after the purchase agreement was signed. He made sure all the repairs got done before closing. A week before closing, the appraisal came in $1,200 lower than the purchase price. Tim (along with our loan officer) really put the pressure on the seller and got them to lower the price by $1,200. Saved us a house payment and then some! Tim truly worked in our favor. We couldn't be happier. We love our new home! Brandon is an excellent realtor and I would recommend using him for all of your real estate transactions. Brandon helped us purchase acreage that will allow us to be build a new home in the country. Brandon also listed our home and brought in 3 offers that were all above list price. He is very attentive to detail and did an excellent job showing our home and marketing our home so that we could maximize our sale price. When we received the offers he went through each offer and explained the difference and then offered advice on what would be our best offer to accept.
