Hi Ben, We wanted to extend our sincerest thanks and deepest appreciation for the incredible dedication and patience you have shown throughout the process of selling our home. We know it was not easy road three Summer is a long time, but your commitment never wavered. There were times we wondered if it would ever happen, but you always remained optimistic, professional, and determined. You never gave up on us or our property, and we truly admire how you handled every twist and turn with both experience and grace. Selling a home can be stressful and emotional and your support made all the difference. We are so grateful for your guidance, honesty, and tireless effort. In the end, it was your hard work that got it done and we are so glad you by our side. Thank you again for everything you have done for us. We won't forget it. Warm regards, Kim and Roger Wittman

Meghan helped me sell my townhome (the same one she helped me buy!) in 2020. Prior to listing, she thoroughly explained what needed to be done and answered every question. Her knowledge and advice was greatly appreciated as I navigated listing my home in the middle of a pandemic, relocating to a new state, and navigating the holidays. Her responsiveness is unlike any other, especially in times of negotiation and urgent questions. I highly recommend Meghan and the McNamara Group!

We were first-time sellers and knew little about the process. Susan walked us through all the steps, offering not just advice but options and explaining things well. She also came up with solutions when we hit some snags. Communication was excellent as she made sure we knew what would happen and when. We were very glad to hire Susan.
