Jim and Robin are a great team! They answered all questions I had regarding the purchasing process, the market value and reasonable offer price, to walking through the home and discussing potential structural issues to consider. I felt they were personally invested in helping me find the best home for my family.

Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.

Rose was absolutely amazing! We were first time home buyers, and Rose took every opportunity to help us understand the process, and help us narrow in on exactly what what we were looking for, and what amenities were non-negotiable, while also keeping the investment value of the properties in mind. We never felt rushed, as she attending viewing on a large number or properties over a multi-month period. When we did find the property of our dreams, she helping us with strategy to make a successful offer, and was very responsive throughout the close process for questions that possibly were even outside of a job requirements of the real estate agent. I will definitely recommend her to friends/family going forward.
