We were first time home buyers, and Rose took every opportunity to help us understand the process, and help us narrow in on exactly what what we were looking for, and what amenities were non-negotiable, while also keeping the investment value of the properties in mind. We never felt rushed, as she attending viewing on a large number or properties over a multi-month period. When we did find the property of our dreams, she helping us with strategy to make a successful offer, and was very responsive throughout the close process for questions that possibly were even outside of a job requirements of the real estate agent.
