A week before closing, the appraisal came in $1,200 lower than the purchase price. Tim (along with our loan officer) really put the pressure on the seller and got them to lower the price by $1,200. Saved us a house payment and then some! Tim truly worked in our favor. We couldn't be happier. We love our new home! We appreciate everything Tim has done for us and definitely would hire him again in the future.

Stephanie works so hard but is always reachable. She spent a great deal of time helping me to sell my house. The market now is somehat slow, but she managed to pull this off. The sale price was fair for me and for the buyer, so I believe we are both happy. Stephanie is great!
