Tim was very helpful when it came to looking for our first home. Anything we wanted to look at, he was more than willing to show us and got a showing set up promptly. When it came to the negotiation process, Tim truly represented us. After a week of negotiation, the sellers went back to the original price; Tim sent the purchase agreement with our last offer in anyways and they accepted it. A hail storm came through shortly after the purchase agreement was signed. He made sure all the repairs got done before closing. A week before closing, the appraisal came in $1,200 lower than the purchase price. Tim (along with our loan officer) really put the pressure on the seller and got them to lower the price by $1,200. Saved us a house payment and then some! Tim truly worked in our favor. We couldn't be happier. We love our new home!
