Sarah was highly recommended by family members who had used her in the past. My experience is that she was very, very knowledgeable and knew the market well. She worked very hard at staging my mom's condo for showings and photos (not easy because condo was in need of rehab). She wrote a great listing. She answered my questions and gave me guidance when needed. She replied immediately every time I contacted her. I have the utmost faith and confidence in Sarah and will highly recommend her to any of my friends and family members.

Phil's professionalism is what drew us to him in the first place. His knowledge of the real estate market, and his ability to explain it, was very helpful as we navigated the sale of mom's house. Phil, essentially, was dealing with 4 sellers - me, my 2 sisters and our brother. Needless to say, the sale of our childhood home was filled with many different emotions. We asked Phil, several times, if we could schedule a group phone call to ask him questions or for him to clarify something. Phil readily agreed and was more than happy to go over things - even if it was something that he had already gone over. He fielded many emails, texts and phone calls from each of us, individually. His response time for any sort of communication, was pretty much immediate - and, certainly, within several hours if he happened to be showing a house, holding an open house or closing on another property. I remember calling Phil, on a Sunday, several weeks before Christmas. As usual, he answered right away and asked if he could call me back in a couple of minutes. When he called back, he explained that he and his family were just getting started making Christmas cookies and he needed to get to a quieter spot so we could hear each other! That interaction is a perfect descriptor of Phil - at home on a weekend, involved in something important to him/his family, yet took time out of that, to answer my call. I first encountered Jennifer when she sold a unit similar to mine. She seemed very confident and was always very professional in dress and demeanor. I am disabled and she even helped me pack because of an early closing. I have a friend now. She has called a couple of times since the closing to see how things were going. I would hire her for any future moves. She was the best!!!
