Where does one begin? From the very start of working alongside Kelly Miller to sell our lake home, we knew we were in very competent hands. She did research with various comps, reviewed information that we did not realize we would need to have available to potential buyers, and of course, made the listing non-stressful. Kelly was with us every step of the way, answering any questions or concerns we had, and giving moral support. One of Kelly's strong attributions was knowing when we needed to take a break. I cannot stress the importance of how this process was about selling our home, on our terms, and timeline. Not once did we feel pressured that we needed to hurry up and get our home listed.
