Once I hired Aubrey She immediately began getting my home ready for the market including taging, painting portions of the homes interior, and pressure washing parts of the homes exterior that needed attention. These are all things the previous realtor did not do.  The key for Aubrey is her utilization of unique marketing strategies and home prepping techniques that many other agents don’t do or do at the sellers expense! She has that ability to think outside the box and do whatever it takes to get your home sold! We first had Michelle come out to our house and give an appraisal. We weren’t ready to sell, but she was able to talk us into fixing a few things up and getting it on the market. We were very surprised at the appraisal she gave us. Higher than what we thought. ( we also had 2 offers in just one day and we took the offer that was the best. Sold for over what we were asking.) What a great feeling to know the hard work we put into getting the house ready to sell paid off. She’s been an agent for 20 years and I can see why she’s the best in the business, she sure knows her stuff. She was always very quick to respond to a text message and keeping us very well informed on every process we were going through on both buying and selling the two houses.
