We've worked with Michael for years, and he's helped us purchase four properties, along with countless home tours and offers that didn't end up working out. He also helped us sell one of our homes. Having worked with him on both the buying and selling side, we can confidently say he's someone we trust completely. One of the things we appreciate most about Michael is that he genuinely cares about finding the right home for his clients—not just closing a transaction. He takes the time to understand what you're looking for and never pressures you into making a decision. He's incredibly patient, thoughtful in answering questions, and always willing to explain the details so you feel confident throughout the process. We've recommended Michael to friends and family, and they've all commented on the same qualities: his honesty, professionalism, and genuine concern for helping them find the right fit. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

He was an excellent communicator. He answered all of our questions about suburban and city homes. There were elements of houses that we didn’t know about, coming from another state and he shared those with us as he guided my partner and I through the houses. He has an extensive list of resources to share! If you don’t go with Mike Bartus, you may be at a disadvantage!

We had a great experience with Michael, and have already recommended him to friends/family. He's kind, patient and responsive. He is experienced and professional. I am still in awe how he was able to negotiate and close on our house after we thought we had lost it to another offer, but he made it happen. We couldn't be more grateful to him!
