Jamie was phenomenal in her knowledge of both selling our house and the whole process of building a new one. She was able to provide us with amazing recommendations throughout the journey. Jamie always was available to answer our questions and calls. She was extremely helpful working with difficult builders and being completely honest with us. She even helped us with house selections and ideas. I never once doubted Jamie and we worked together for almost 2 years. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone!

Jamie Novak is a real estate expert! She helped our family through a complicated process of building a new home while planning and selling our existing home. From the very start she was an advocate for what we wanted and made sure other brokers and builders in each transaction understood that. Jamie has excellent communication skills and was always prompt and thorough in helping us understand each step in the process.

This is the 2nd time we have used Jamie for a home purchase, and the first time we have used her for the sale of a home. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and had a plan from the start. We executed her plan and had multiple offers on our home within just a few days. We also found our dream house quickly and for a great price, and Jamie arranged same day closing for us. The process could not have been smoother and we couldn't recommend Jamie more to anyone that is buying or selling!
