I’ve known Chuck for a long time, and when we were ready to sell our house, we contacted him! He was prompt, professional, and extremely thorough! Our house was listed within a few days and sold very quickly as well! He was there to answer all of our questions, and made the process of selling our house, easy! He also helped us with the purchase of our new home! He was a fantastic negotiator and communicated everything with us in a timely fashion. Chuck was great about managing our expectations, and as a result, throughout the process, my wife and I always knew what to expect. We found our dream, and Chuck worked around the clock to make sure we secured it! He also was able to find us the best quote on our homeowners insurance! His demeanor and overall attitude was exactly what you hope for in a real estate agent! His knowledge of homes and different markets was impressive as well! We’re recommending all friends and family to work with Chuck! Thank you for your time and dedication to helping us sell our home and find our dream home!

I have bought and sold a number of homes over the years and never have I felt so looked after. Nevin’s team including Elizabeth and Claire make the process as stress free as possible by being genuinely interested in what your needs and interests are and then taking care of all the necessary details. They even took care of details that I felt I should have had to do. They check in with you regularly so you are always up to date on where you are in the process. They are available, responsive and professional. I felt like not only did I have a team looking out for me but that I had made friends by the end. I would recommend Nevin without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Minneapolis area.
