He was so thorough with researching the comparables in our area and knew the market extremely well. When it came time to list he pulled out all the stops, coordinated a virtual tour & high level professional photography, organized a stager to review the home and even scheduled a painter to professionally paint one of our rooms. All this was within a week and a half so we could list our home quickly to make sure we hit the fall sales season. When the offers came in he was so helpful and ready to answer our questions. Tried a few different realtors and none of them just made me completely at ease like Mark did. I'm going to use him again when I buy or sell. Very quick to respond. The longest I waited for anything was around 12 hours, even when he was on vacation. We did not feel rushed to buy a house at any point.
