She also aided in negotiating on the first offer we ended up not going with, but that was on the seller as she helped negotiate the price down for what we were willing to pay very successfully.

He was not pushy by any means and had patience when we were looking for a forever home (seen 10+ homes excluding open houses in the span of 3 months).
