Jeff and Emily are so wonderful to work with! Every detail was carefully thought out and the plan for selling our house was executed perfectly. We are so happy to have been in great hands throughout the entire process... from searching for the lot for our new house, construction and then selling our current house we are so thankful for their friendship and expertise.

Jeff is an incredible realtor. I say this as a fact, you are costing yourself money by not hiring him. Firstly, he has a strong opinion on house value in purchases and sales which was very valuable. He surprised me by wanting to list the house by approximately 10% higher than the other realtor we interviewed. We took Jeff’s advice and the house was pending in half the time he believed it would take to sell. Secondly, we faced many issues with the buyer in the inspection and he calmly fixed each one of them. He seems to have an expert within a call away at anytime on any issue and they jump into action due to Jeff’s strong relationships, experience, and loyalty. Thirdly, in buying he was very helpful in identifying a house that would not only be solid for our family life but also as an investment for the future. He is a very good negotiator as available during what is a very stressful process as a buyer/seller. Fourthly, he has expert knowledge in any of the areas (Wayzata, Lake Elmo, Edina, Orono, Lake, etc) so I would hire him for any area in Minneapolis or Minnesota. Finally, I trust him to be confidential and be our advocate in protecting us in the biggest asset purchase we make. We are so thankful for Jeff!

Jeffrey is a professional in the truest sense of the word. He guided us through our first home purchase and then the sale of a condo. His experience and knowledge of the Twin Cites ensured we were making the right choice on which home to purchase. All along the way communication was excellent. He and Emily took the time to answer questions, give advice, and teach us about the business side of transacting on a home. Most important, they made it a fun and enjoyable experience. We will most definitely seek Jeff and his team out when it comes time to purchase again.

Jeff Dewing and the Sale Team he has assembled is the most complete Team we have worked in the more than 10 homes we have sold over the past years. Jeff and Emily are incredible! Super helpful, organized and resourceful. We would recommend this team to anyone looking for a group to help find a home or sell a current home. We had a very short turn around time to sell our home and this team had a full roster of people that could help with handiwork, painting, cleaning etc. They were also very helpful and realistic throughout the negotiation process to help us get the most favorable and fair deal for all parties.
