This is the second time we used Christy as our agent. The first time was for buying the home we are in now. This time it was for selling my Father’s home as he moved into an assisted living facility. Christy was an amazing partner through the entire process of getting the home prepared for sale, marketing the home, showing the home, and through the closing process. This house had not been updated for years and was a project to get ready. Christy had the knowledge of what to do and the contacts of who to call (who responded quickly and with reasonable pricing) to get the home ready for sale. She provided many recommendations from paint colors to lighting to make needed updates and ensure the buyer could ‘see themselves’ in the home. She was patient, courteous and highly communicative throughout this high stress process. This sale happened because of her knowledge, partnership and market expertise on the preparation side - but also critical were her communication and negotiation skills once we got an offer in the house and we worked through the inspection. She kept the dealing and closing on track. I could not have asked for a better partner throughout this process and because of her I can say it’s done and we got the price my father wanted for the home. Thank you Christy! Highly recommend her as an experienced agent for both buying or selling a home.

She was extremely thorough and helpful with any questions we had. As first time home buyers we weren’t sure what to expect and she laid out everything that we needed to know clearly and made sure we understood everything during the whole process.

Working with Christy was like a breath of fresh air. We have bought and sold multiple homes, but this time felt different. Christy walked us through every step with unbelievable knowledge, patience, communication and remarkable attention to detail. Her expertise of the market across a vast area of the metro area was amazing. When an issue popped up during our home inspection, she solved it right away. It is not often that you find an agent who truly seems to care about your comfort and needs and she was exactly that. She found us a great home under our budget. We give her 5 stars!
