Amazing partner and market expert through the entire process

This is the second time we used Christy as our agent. The first time was for buying the home we are in now. This time it was for selling my Father’s home as he moved into an assisted living facility. Christy was an amazing partner through the entire process of getting the home prepared for sale, marketing the home, showing the home, and through the closing process. This house had not been updated for years and was a project to get ready. Christy had the knowledge of what to do and the contacts of who to call (who responded quickly and with reasonable pricing) to get the home ready for sale. She provided many recommendations from paint colors to lighting to make needed updates and ensure the buyer could ‘see themselves’ in the home. She was patient, courteous and highly communicative throughout this high stress process. This sale happened because of her knowledge, partnership and market expertise on the preparation side - but also critical were her communication and negotiation skills once we got an offer in the house and we worked through the inspection. She kept the dealing and closing on track. I could not have asked for a better partner throughout this process and because of her I can say it’s done and we got the price my father wanted for the home. Thank you Christy!
