My husband Jacob and I have delighted in getting to know Martha and Sid as friends over the last several years over the long course of us deciding where we wanted to live and what house suited our needs. They were extraordinarily patient and generous with us as our life circumstances and our home parameters changed several times. They are both incredibly knowledgeable and we felt very confident in their assessment of properties. It was fun to walk through potential homes with them and hear their expert opinion. We always felt that we were in excellent hands. No matter how late notice they always prioritized showing us and taking whatever time we needed - even to look at homes more than once if we were really on the fence. We really felt as if we got to know each other extremely well and they knew what we were really needing in a home for our family. Beyond this, both Sid and Martha are genuinely wonderful people. They are invested in their local community, active in helping their neighbors and in making Northfield an excellent place to live. We count ourselves extremely fortunate that we have crossed paths and we hope to remain lifelong friends. We felt as if they were genuinely over the moon with us when we finally found the perfect fit, and Martha spent hours with us making sure our offer was just right. We cannot recommend Sid and Martha enough.

Kevin has such a warm, calm (very important when you're going through the stress of moving across the country) and professional demeanor. Stellar communicator. He would reach out with timely updates and introduce considerations so that we could weigh out decisions with wisdom based upon our priorities--which he always honored so respectfully. He always informed us to empower us and was never pressuring or cajoling. He also rolled up his sleeves to help get things done with a smile on his face--there are countless things he helped us with that I don't think most realtors would even think to do. Once we moved and our house was yet to be sold, he was the one keeping up with EVERYTHING. Even selling the furniture on marketplace we left behind. Seriously. I'm pretty sure he did things for us he didn't even tell us about. He's an expert realtor, but more importantly, he's truly a really good man with solid character and unbeatable work ethic.
