In the end, we loved our first house for 9 years and then sold it for more than DOUBLE what we paid 2013. In 2.5 days, we had 60+ showings and 20+ offers, all over our list price. At the same time, we closed on our dream home. Our dream home was not an easy property to find, especially in the challenging marking of 2021/2022. Kim was more than patient with us and always honest on expectations and provided the necessary recommendations to ensure we achieved our goals. Last note I’ll add is that Kim and her team are great to work with.
