I worked with Dave Rohlf to successfully buy a new house in South Minneapolis and sell my old house in Crocus Hill, St. Paul. Through this process he became my trusted friend. He was referred to me by a friend and I am passing him on to friends and family who need to sell or buy a house. He was there for my husband and I every step of the way!! He checks all the boxes…extremely knowledgeable and responsive. He listens to your needs and goals for selling or buying your home and explains the actions needed to get there. He is enthusiastic, supportive and alleviates a lot of the stress and worry of buying and selling a house. For me it all comes down to trust, to knowing my realtor always has my best interest in mind as a client. Without a doubt, I feel Dave Rohlf is that Realtor.

Roman was fantastic to work with. Very thorough and really knows his business. Offered up several comparable properties for each one we were interested in. Was always available when we wanted to go look at a home..

Sandy Norblom did such an amazing job, helping me prepare me with ideas for my house to be viewed, and also took the time to understand my personal situation, and the need to delay my departure from the house to help my kids adjust; she informed me that I could rent back for 2 months, which I didn’t know was possible. That was huge insight, a difference making idea. Sandy’s knowledge and expertise of the marketplace, the price point to list my house, and taking the time to explain each step to me etc was invaluable and very well worth the fees/commissions. As a Seller, she got me a great price. She’s the best I’ve ever worked with, hands down! I would very HIGHLY recommend you to seek out Sandy Ott-Norblom if you are considering buying or selling a house!!
