I was referred to Kim and her team by a co-worker 9 years ago. Since then, my wife and I have worked with Kim on multiple real estate projects. The first project was finding and purchasing our ‘starter-home’ in 2013. The second started Spring of 2021 when we decided our first house was not big enough for our growing family. In the end, we loved our first house for 9 years and then sold it for more than DOUBLE what we paid 2013. In 2.5 days, we had 60+ showings and 20+ offers, all over our list price. At the same time, we closed on our dream home. Our dream home was not an easy property to find, especially in the challenging marking of 2021/2022. Kim was more than patient with us and always honest on expectations and provided the necessary recommendations to ensure we achieved our goals. Kim helped us buy our first home 8 years ago and helped us again in selling our old house and buying a new one this spring.
