Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.

David and Patty were great to work with throughout the entire process of buying and selling our home. This was our first time selling a house, and they guided us through the process in a clear and understandable way. Whenever we had questions or concerns, they were always available to help. When it came time to make important decisions, they explained the pros and cons, giving us the information to make the best decisions for ourselves.
