I have bought and sold a number of homes over the years and never have I felt so looked after. Nevin’s team including Elizabeth and Claire make the process as stress free as possible by being genuinely interested in what your needs and interests are and then taking care of all the necessary details. They even took care of details that I felt I should have had to do. They check in with you regularly so you are always up to date on where you are in the process. They are available, responsive and professional. I felt like not only did I have a team looking out for me but that I had made friends by the end. I would recommend Nevin without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Minneapolis area.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the amazing Shelly who truly felt like an angel in disguise. From the very beginning, her attention to detail and dedication to helping me find the perfect home was nothing short of remarkable. She went above and beyond, making me feel like I was her top priority every step of the way. Working with Shelly was like having a supportive family member by my side throughout the entire process. Her warmth and genuine care for our needs made the experience not only seamless but also enjoyable. She took the time to understand our preferences, guiding us towards properties that were an ideal fit for our expanding family. But what truly sets Shelly apart is her unwavering commitment to excellence. Her expertise and knowledge of the market were evident in every interaction. She left no stone unturned, ensuring that all the necessary details were taken care of, and I felt secure in our decision. In short, Shelly has been a true blessing. We are incredibly grateful for her guidance, professionalism, and above all, her genuine kindness. If you're looking for a realtor who will treat you like family, pay attention to the smallest details, and make your dreams come true, I wholeheartedly recommend working with this incredible individual. Shelly is a rare find and a true gem in the real estate world.

Thank you for your help in selling my townhouse so quickly and for a great price! You provided a calm atmosphere in a very stressful situation for me. I appreciate that you both took the time to understand my situation and then figured out an accurate plan for resolution. A resolution that I didn’t know was possible. This enabled me to relax a bit and let you take care of all the details. I just had to provide what you needed. David, you were excellent working with my stubborn bank to get the information from them in a timely manner and still keeping a calm demeanor. That is truly a gift that you have. The process happened just like you told me and your sale estimate was very close to what you actually achieved. It was wonderful to work with you both. Thanks again for making the sale of my townhouse so smooth and efficient. I highly recommend your services to anyone. Marsha A very satisfied seller
