We had a great experience working with Joy to sell our first home. She was very knowledgeable about the local market and was always honest with us about her recommendations and what she felt would put us in the best position to sell. At the same time, she listened to our concerns and respected what we wanted. When we felt strongly about listing the home higher, she supported our decision. We also really appreciated how personal she made the process. She took the time to sit down with us in person, walk us through everything, answer our questions, and make sure we understood what to expect. As first-time home sellers, that meant a lot to us. She also understood that this wasn't just another property to us. It was our first home, and we had put a lot of time, effort, and love into renovating it. She made a point of communicating that to potential buyers and highlighting the work we had done to the home. What impressed us most was how helpful she continued to be even toward the very end of the process. After we had already moved out, she helped coordinate lawn care and house cleaning and even returned our Wi-Fi equipment to the store for us. Those little things took a lot off our plate during an already busy move and went well beyond what we expected. I was living in another state during the sale and they looked after the home for me and even helped with coordination of trades workers and moving my staging furniture prior to closing, They were also a big help in finding vendors and tradespeople for the upgrades, and window and interior cleaners. I can't say enough about how helpful they were given my situation. Elizabeth was also very good at communicating regularly and making clear decisions about initial pricing and price adjustments based on the market conditions. Could not recommend David more! He made the whole process as seamless as possible for our scenario. We were moving out of the country and wanted to sell before leaving if possible. The buyers threw some curveballs our way and David was there to help with every step of the process. He was always very quick to respond to our questions. The sale didn't end up finalizing before we left, but he helped us get everything in place while we were overseas to make sure it went through smoothly in the end.
