We were really impressed by all the things Jenelle did over and beyond what we expected from a listing real estate agent: planting flowers in the entry flower boxes; freshening the paint on a lot of our interior trim; helping us find buyers for fitness equipment in our garage; etc., etc. She was also very helpful in the closing process when some changes were necessary due to inspections and slightly complicated due to our travel.
