When we signed them as our selling agents, I thought I was merely getting access to the MLS listing service, a few open houses, and (paying) a reasonably low commission rate. (And n=13 requests for showings). What Todd and Deena specifically did for us: 1.) Strategically priced the home. Based on their analysis of the local real estate market and the three hours they spent touring our home, they PRICED the home at a point where it would attract a lot of attention and quality buyers, and that's exactly what happened. 2.) They provided key insight and advice on how to stage the home and helped us choose the key "polishing" efforts while prepping the home for the sale. 3.) They guided us with prompt and clear communication from start-to-finish; answering an enormous number of questions along the way. Todd and Deena provided a high quality service at great value.
