I have had the pleasure of working with Sue Gonyea multiple times and each experience has been outstanding. She consistently demonstrates professionalism, with deep knowledge and understanding of the market. What truly sets Sue apart is her integrity and clear communication throughout the process. She is always pleasant, approachable and makes a stressful experience feel seamless. I have recommended her to several people, and they have all provided the same feedback! I have had a couple of instances where the situation appeared straightforward, and complications have arisen. Sue has always handled them professionally, delicately bridging the gap between myself and the other party - and provided options to consider, with the pros and cons of each. Because of her involvement, the resolution was agreeable to all! Additionally, I have always appreciated her in-depth knowledge of properties and helped me understand what is a "big deal," and what really isn't, and how to overcome my concerns - AND at what cost. I may have gotten myself into a property that would have required more than I could afford, or eliminated a property for consideration believing it would have cost more to "fix" or renovate than needed. Like I said very nice and easy to work with I called to see about looking at the house and she had an appointment set up to see it within the hour. From there any questions I had were answered right away through text or phone calls. Never had to wait for an answer.
