It took eight months and half a dozen rejected offers; finally, we got one. It was crazy, prices were sky rocketing, and people were paying. Throughout the entire time, Carol was patient, pleasant and persistent. To top it off, even after our offer was accepted, she continued to accel making sure I checked into everything. She provided connections to all aspects of home maintenance and home improvement, inside tips on what works well for this and that; and what impressed me the most was the way she stepped in to make sure I wasn't being overly stressed out by people demanding document after document during the closing period.

"I have known Mary for over 20 years. What I can say about her is she is the best realtor I have known. She is responsive, sharp, and genuinely cares about her clients. She found my dream home and my mom's dream home too. I highly recommend her!"

Claudia is the whole package. She is knowledgeable, dependable and trustworthy. This is my second time selling a house with Claudia and I highly recommend her. She is very professional and I trust her word in all my real estate transactions. She is my real estate 1st responder, and makes the whole process so much smoother. Thank you, Claudia, for all you do!

David and Patty were great to work with throughout the entire process of buying and selling our home. This was our first time selling a house, and they guided us through the process in a clear and understandable way. Whenever we had questions or concerns, they were always available to help. When it came time to make important decisions, they explained the pros and cons, giving us the information to make the best decisions for ourselves. We also appreciated the time they put into open houses to get potential buyers to view the home as well. If we ever need a realtor again, we would absolutely work with them without hesitation.
