He helped us get tuned in to the things we needed to do for a good looking listing, had professional photos taken (they were breathtaking) and helped us find the appropriate listing price. Very thorough! Leading up to close there were some issues that surfaced and Billy was right there helping us get them resolved acting as coach and liason.
