To get my house ready, we refinished all the hardwood floors, painted the entire interior, replaced some light fixtures, made sure all the mechanicals were up to code and gave the entire interior a thorough cleaning. It was sparkling and staged and I got a solid offer 30 hours after it was listed. I was fortunate enough to work with Daren in both buying a condo and selling my house. He was there with me throughout the process using his excellent negotiating skills, guiding me through some difficult decisions and educating me. It all paid off in the end.
