Jason and Jim are just the best! Choosing to work with them will be the wisest decision you will make. We have worked with a number of different realtors in the past, so we know the difference between the best, great, ok, and terrible. We have sold 2 houses and bought 3 and really know what a difference having the right realtor makes. Not only are they professional and personable, but they are beyond smart and knowledgeable! They were able to sell our house (before moving out of state) in 2 days and above our asking price with minimal and strategic house prep. They were also able to help us find our new and current home while we were out of state for under market value! They went above and beyond what normal realtors would do to accommodate our unique situation. Selling and purchasing a home is most likely one of the most expensive investment you make, so partnering with an effective team is extremely important. Even if you already have a relationship with a realtor, it’s worth your time to just reach out to the Kramer team. You won’t be disappointed!! Happy house hunting!

Erick was very thorough in researching homes that fit my criteria and was never at all coercive - he fully let me steer the parameters. He was a fabulous communicator and always answered my calls right away or got back to me within minutes. He was a patient listener and took my concerns into consideration and was an overall great partner in the process. I'd buy my next house though him!
