Mary's experience and professionalism was very valuable in a challenging 2019 market. It was a sellers market, and we were buying a home. Mary knew the areas we were interested in extremely well. This included typical style of homes in specific neighborhoods, schools, shops, walkability, commuting, etc. We were looking in about a 15mile radius west of downtown Minneapolis and Mary knew all the areas extremely well. She helped us negotiate a fair offer and we closed on a home. She also had many contacts and resources to assist in the entire process. Thank you Mary!

My husband and I sold our home in NE Minneapolis in the spring of 2019 after we had moved to Seattle that winter. We thought it would be a hassle to sell our home from across the country, but Aaron went above and beyond tying up loose ends for us and ensuring that our home would show well. When he sent us the listing before it went live we couldn’t believe it was even the same house- it was immaculate and more stylish than we had left it! We received multiple offers the same weekend that the home went on the market and sold for well over our asking price in just days. In an unexpected turn of events, we moved back to Minneapolis in the fall of 2020 and needed to buy a home on a short timeline. Aaron made house shopping fun and easy. He even found us a short-term rental to live in while we looked for a home (he has so many connections in the Twin Cities!) During the buying process he was a great listener, helped us narrow our search, and gave us valuable guidance about negotiating and making our offer stand out among others. We are so happy in our new home in the Seward neighborhood! As both sellers and buyers we received top-tier service from Aaron, he is the absolute best realtor in the area.
