The stars were aligned when I met Lisa. I couldn't have found a better agent or person with whom to enjoy my experience finding a home for my mother. I know from the first few minutes chatting with her at an open house that she was an honest, smart, insightful and overall highest quality person; someone who you just want to spend your time with and get to know better. Lisa was quick to get to work, she met with me to get a sense for my needs and helped me discover that I was open to other options for mom that I hadn't considered. I ended up purchasing a condo when I thought I was only looking for a townhome. Without Lisa, I would have never gotten there, and this was truly the best fit for mom. What a gem Lisa is. We cannot recommend Nick enough!  Throughout the entire process, he was patient, supportive, and made home buying enjoyable, judgment-free, and exciting. When we felt discouraged ( because we were picky 🙄) , Nick helped us stay hopeful and reminded us that the right home was out there. Thanks to his dedication, we finally found our forever home. Nick was also amazing with our two-year-old son, Jamie. While my husband and I talked through homes and plans, Jamie always loved spending time with Nick. It meant so much to work with someone who genuinely cared about our whole family. Nick didn't just help us buy a house, he helped us find our home. We are incredibly grateful and will recommend him to everyone we know. If we ever needed another realtor, Nick would be our first call.

We cant recommend Haeley enough if you are looking for a realtor. She has quickly turned into someone that we not only respect, but deeply admire. When you are selling or buying a house, you want someone who is a good communicator because SO many questions will arise. Haeley is excellent at responding and helping answer anything and everything that comes up. She is thorough, very knowledgeable, fair and just an all around hard worker. Selling or buying a home is a big deal, finding someone to help you do that who is trustworthy is imperative - that is Haeley.

Donavon's focus on his clients' needs is absolutely outstanding! Not only did he make the referral that was instrumental in selling our oceanfront cottage in Cannon Beach, Oregon, but he also went above and beyond helping us buy our lake home while we were still in Cannon Beach. He made multiple trips to the lake house that we ultimately bought, gave us video tours of it, pausing and answering questions about every room, zooming in and out to help us get a better sense of the property and its amenities for all three of its buildings. He has over 22 years of experience honing his skills as an agent. I felt particularly fortunate because in addition to being the agent I chose, he was also a neighbor. He has worked with many people in the neighborhood and possesses an intimate knowledge of the vagaries and history of our street and the surrounding area. He gets results. He knows what sells, what needs to be done in order to enhance a property and how to price appropriately. Additionally, because of his many years in the business, he has developed relationships with a vast number of skilled trades' people who are happy to work with his clients and get the property ready to be put on the market. To get my house ready, we refinished all the hardwood floors, painted the entire interior, replaced some light fixtures, made sure all the mechanicals were up to code and gave the entire interior a thorough cleaning. It was sparkling and staged and I got a solid offer 30 hours after it was listed. I was fortunate enough to work with Daren in both buying a condo and selling my house. He was there with me throughout the process using his excellent negotiating skills, guiding me through some difficult decisions and educating me. It all paid off in the end.
